We require a 50% retainer to reserve, then full payment isn’t due until 30 days prior to the event. Worried you’ll forget? Don’t worry! We will send you a reminder when the time comes for full payment. here

We can come set up anytime before the reservation up to an hour beforehand. We set up before your reservation time, so we are running during the entirety of the reservation!

Once you book with us, you will receive an email with a reservation portal where you can choose from any templates and hundreds of designs!

Yes! You may choose from and customize any of our designs from your reservation portal or you may send us a custom logo/design of your choice.

If you choose a printing package or add prints to a package, it comes with 1 print per person per session +1 extra print, with unlimited sessions. Guest are always welcome to come back and take more! There is an option for unlimited printing per session (+$100 add-on).

Our Glamour package comes equipped with a professional camera and flash, which means each picture is crisp, clean, professional, and shareable for social media or picture frame worthy with its print outs!
